      "Orbit" refers to the satellite's main orbit category:

 

LEO: Low Earth Orbit: satellites with average altitudes of between 0 and 1,700 kilometres (0 to 2 hour orbit period);

MEO: Mid Earth Orbit: satellites with average altitudes of between 1,700 and 35,500 kilometres (2 to 24 hour orbit period);

GEO: Geosynchronous Earth Orbit: satellites with average altitudes of between 35,500 and 36,500 kilometres (approximately one sidereal day period). This includes all geostationary and tundra orbiting satellites; and

HEO: High Earth Orbit: satellites with average altitudes greater than 36,500 kilometres (greater than 24 hours orbit period).

 

?????: Unknown: This is reserved for those satellites that cannot be positively correlated.

---------: Not a Satellite: This is reserved for observations that were proven not to be satellites.
